Boho Wedding at Gold Hill Inn

Grey & Dave

WEDDING — June 2023

It was raining as I pulled up to the Airbnb where the gals were getting ready. But sheltered inside with mimosas and puppy kisses, no one seemed to mind.

The rain continued as we ventured on to Gold Hill Inn. Grey and Dave shared their first look under the shelter of an overhang. There was plenty of time before the ceremony, so I got a tour of the historic grounds while people shared stories over beer and pasta salad.

Once the ceremony began, the rain had stopped, and people were seated under a dry, cloudy sky. Grey had incorporated the cutest details, from handmade blankets for each of their guests to banners that displayed the lyrics of their first dance song. As a symbol of their love, they planted a peach tree.

And for a brief moment, just before their “I do’s”, the sun parted the clouds to say hello.

The evening continued with drinks, live music, and dancing. Happy tears were shed, and laughter echoed through the inn all night. It was a delightful celebration of their love at the place where they first met.
